Food Fail

So, 

I had a cheat day! 

Ate a Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwhich, I was so stuffed from it, the pork in it was so fatty and it had mayo in it. 

High Calorie Dinner and Carbs! I don’t feel as bad as I should, in a way, I was okay with it due to my plateau 

I just am scared to step on the scale tomorrow morning! 

Sorry for the lack of updates!

I haven’t been keeping you all up to date with my diet. Fear not, I’m still on it! I did have some wine last night though.

Was feeling a little frustrated, felt like I hit a plateau for awhile, but woke up this morning and felt good :)

Ba Ba da Baaaaa

That was my attempt at making those horn sounds when people are going to present something. 

So, as mentioned, my Goal weight for next week is 240. I’ve decided, I need to quit weighing myself every hour of the day and watch as I gain 3 pounds after eating.

From now on, I’m only going to weight myself in the morning and take that weight! So in doing so, I weight myself this morning….and…..I’m at 245! Yay :) That’s good enough for me, I have 1 week to lose 5 more pounds. 

I’ve decided to set monthly goals for me  rather then setting an end goal because it could take awhile with that route. 

By the end of March I’m hoping to weight 230

End of April 220

End of May 210

and my sisters wedding (end of June) 200 or less. 

10 pounds a month, that’s realistic right? Since Jan 6, 2012 I’ve lost almost 30 pounds! 

Let’s do this! Fighting!
